Excellent place with its great wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. On my first visit, the staff helped me with taxi tips. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas!

Had a nice stay for a business trip, everything was great. I stayed here before, always elegant and excellent rooms with very comfortable beds. It was right by attractions such as Islamic Art Museum and the New National Museum and the corniche in a taxi in about 10-15 minutes for, great location overall. I found there good choice of restaurants to eat, like Mama Rozie that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

The staff was poor.

The smart TV is essentially useless!!! Limited to only local channels, no Netflix or YouTube available. Plus, the location feels dull. You must rely on taxis to reach more vibrant areas!!! The carpeting needs a deep clean. Dusty underneath the furniture.

I really appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist and the delicious food options available . Plus, I loved how easy it was to walk to nearby parks like Al Bidda Park, perfect for a leisurely afternoon.

Waking up each morning felt extraordinary as the friendly staff ensured all our needs were met, and the food was a good blend of local flavors-especially the Karak Chai!

The location wasn't ideal for quick outings, and the tight parking situation made navigating the area a bit cumbersome. Some amenities like the TV could use an upgrade.

Loved the spacious Classic King Room with beautiful decor. Staff provided really good service, accommodating requests for late checkout. Location is ideal, close to Souq Waqif. Breakfast was a fixed menu and decent, but I found the charging for spa facilities, like sauna and jacuzzi, disappointing. Housekeeping struggled with cleanliness. I returned to find the room unmade. Parking situation is tight with limited space nearby, requiring some maneuvering to find a spot. A mixed experience with highlights overshadowed by some inconveniences.
